Originally from Yorkshire, Daniel trained at SLP College of Performing Arts in Leeds.

Daniel runs Sharpe Academy on a day-to-day basis and teaches all classes with the help of his team. He is an experienced LAMDA Teacher, is trained in Sports & Basic First Aid and is a registered chaperone.
Nick is the co-founder of Sharpe Academy and is responsible for all marketing and promotion. He has built and maintains this website and is Manager of all Academy venues. During Sharpe productions, Nick takes on the role of Company Manager, ensuring everything runs smoothly backstage.
Until recently Nick balanced his work at Sharpe Academy with a full-time job in London as Senior Artworker for the global advertising and marketing company Ogilvy, working on many international campaigns including Coca Cola, HSBC, Mars, Nestlé, Sainsbury’s, Kodak and Motorola.

Jodie has been a member of the team at Sharpe Academy since April 2015 and teaches all ages from ACT 1 right through to our Northwood and London Companies. She co-choreographed the recent Sharpe productions of My Son Pinocchio JR and A Chorus Line.
She graduated from Margaret Howard Theatre College in 2014 after gaining her ISTD DDI qualifications in Modern and Tap and completed her practical DDE Modern qualification soon after. Whilst at college she studied many different dance styles from ballet to hip hop and also achieved advanced levels in her ISTD Tap and Modern.
Jodie teaches all ages from toddlers to adults at several institutions and in many styles. She also choreographs for various performances at Harrow Arts Centre, The Beck Theatre and Watford Live. Jodie has performed at the Royal Albert Hall, Sadlers Wells, Watford Palace Theatre and the Harrow Arts Centre.

Katie’s varied career in theatre was born of a genuine love for the performing arts.
After graduating in Arts & Event Management, Katie began her career in the development department of the Royal Shakespeare Company, subsequently working in theatre management for English National Opera, based at The Coliseum in London, and undertaking numerous roles at our home theatre, Watersmeet.
She spent five years in Amsterdam and five years in Dubai. Her work as Front of House Manager and Project Manager at Dubai Community Theatre & Arts Centre included Spotlight Academy productions of Hairspray Dubai and West Side Story, where young people performed alongside established professional performers form the West End. She also undertook numerous voiceover assignments.
Since returning to the UK, Katie has worked for Ambassador Theatre Group at The Playhouse in Northumberland Avenue (Spamalot, 1984, Speed the Plow), in London and the New Theatre in Oxford, and has undertaken freelance projects for Pegasus Theatre in Oxford, including managing the 2017 tour of Under My Skin.
Musical Director – London Company
Richard is a freelance Musical Director, vocal coach and improviser. Recent MD credits include: Princess Ida (Finborough Theatre), NewsRevue (Canal Cafe Theatre), Finian’s Rainbow (Charing Cross Theatre), Comedians (Chelsea Theatre) and Aladdin (Newbury Corn Exchange).
He regularly improvises with Mischief Theatre’s Lights! Camera! Improvise! (Duchess Theatre), and has worked with Extempore Theatre on the 7th and 8th 50-Hour London Improvathon (Park Theatre/LOST Theatre).
Richard has composed music for the national tour of Peter Pan Goes Wrong. Other MD credits include: West Side Story (Sharpe Academy), Princess Ida and Iolanthe (Buxton Opera House), The Wandering Scholar (King’s Head Theatre), City Of Angels (Hammersmith Lyric), Much Ado About Nothing (Riverside Studios) and, as AMD, Parade (Old Vic Tunnels).
Choreographer – London Company
Vicki trained at the world renowned Urdang Academy in Central London, graduating with a BA Honours Degree in Professional Dance and Musical Theatre. Since then, she has completed a run in the Olivier Award winning West End production of Sunny Afternoon, the Kinks musical, and has just finished appearing in the Carole King musical Beautiful at the Aldwych Theatre.
Vicki has been a choreographer for Sharpe Academy since she left as a Company member in 2011 to start her professional training. She has choreographed many shows for them including Aida, Jekyll & Hyde, Grease and The Little Mermaid Jr. Most recently she choreographed their production of Annie which currently holds the Guinness World Record Title for Fastest theatrical production.
Other professional credits include Magic at the Musicals with the cast of Sunny Afternoon at The Royal Albert Hall and a backing dancer for the boyband The Wanted for the BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing.

Zee has appeared along side Boy George and Culture Club for the last 23 years as featured vocalist, backing vocalist and co-writer, touring the world and appearing on such TV shows as David Letterman, CDUK, Top of the Pops and many others. She received a Platinum album for her work on Culture Club's 'Greatest Moments'. Her work has also included commercials for McDonald, radio appearances in the UK and BBC sitcoms for Lee Evans, Only Fools and Horses and many more.
A regular on the West End stage, Zee has appeared 4 times as Mamma Morton in Chicago, Mrs Brill in Mary Poppins, Mother and Lee Bowery in Taboo and Madame de la Grande Bouche in Beauty & the Beast. Zee also played the role of Audrey the cook in the BBC TV series Merlin and has appeared in Holby City and as Maggie O'Shea in Eastenders, both also for the BBC.
Zee tours regularly with American singer/songwriter John Grant and is also voicing a character in new animated series Shudan, due out in 2017.

Abi is currently in her 3rd and final year at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts on the Actor Musician course. Previously, she was a member of Sharpe Academy for 7 years. In that time she played a variety of roles such as Lambchops in Fame, Lucy in Jekyll and Hyde, Rizzo in Grease, Sultana in Aladdin Jr and Ursula in The Little Mermaid Jr.
She has also performed with HOS, WOS and PHEOS in shows such as Carousel, Children of Eden and Annie. In the future, Abi hopes to go into the performance industry and achieve her ambition perform be in the West End.

Laura is originally from Jersey and moved here to complete her training at Margaret Howard Theatre College, where she recently graduated with a Distinction in Performance. While at MHTC she also gained her DDI in Tap, Modern and Classical Ballet, her DDE in Tap and Modern, and was one of the first to complete the new ISTD Commercial Associate.
Also, during her studies at college she has been trained in many styles of dance, from tap, hip hop, and contemporary to many more. Whilst at college, she also achieved her Advanced 2's in Tap and Modern and proceeded to Pro level classes in her final year.
Laura's love of teaching started as an assistant, and grew when she started teaching her own classes during her third year at college. She is very excited to join the team and share her passion for dance. In the future, Laura hopes to venture out into the performance industry and achieve her dream by performing in the West End.

Jane Stevens has been part of the Sharpe Academy family for many years, firstly as a parent, then a chaperone and now Jane heads up the Academy Agency.
She has four children – Milly, Archie, Sophie and Phoebe, who all attend Sharpe Academy. Archie recently played the role of Gavroche in the West End production of Les Miserables.
Jane is a registered nurse, and also works on the medical team at Wembley Stadium for major sporting and music events. She is a registered chaperone with both Hertfordshire County Council and the BBC.
Whilst working as an agent she has secured contracts for children in a range of TV, Commercials, Films and West End productions.
Growing up surrounded by dressmakers, the sewing machine has now become a very natural place for Sarah to be. After a course at The National Theatre where valuable skills were gained, her confidence and ability grows stronger with time.
Sarah has found real joy in design, creating and feeling the excitement from the cast members as show week approaches. From the first announcement of a new show her mind starts to plan and the excitement of designing and choosing fabrics begins. It's always a learning curve and with each new challenge and set back, the joy of a finished product is completely satisfying.
Sarah is now a fully-fledged member of the Sharpe creative team, designing and making the costumes for their up and coming shows.
Debi graduated with a BA Hons in Set Design from the Central School of Speech and Drama in London.
After a year working with the Madame Tussauds’ Group design department she decided to embrace her love of photography and spent 15 years as the Photographic Director for the world’s leading film magazine Empire, directing and producing photo shoots with some of the biggest names in Hollywood. She has produced photo shoots for numerous films including the Harry Potter films, Lord of the Rings, Indiana Jones and The X-Men.
Debi now works freelance for film companies, magazines and events organisations and is thrilled that this has allowed her the time to work with Sharpe on their productions of Annie (Guinness World Record performance) and Hairspray.
