DANIEL SHARPE
Originally from Yorkshire, Daniel trained in all aspects of Musical Theatre, before embarking on an International career performing in Musicals, Dance shows, Television Series and Films.Performance Credits include: Dance Captain in Evita (European Tour), Dancer in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang (UK Tour & Singapore), Lead Male Singer in Lullabies of Broadway (Palace Theatre, Myrtle Beach, USA), Lead Male Singer in Fire of Dance (UK & European Tours), Soloist Singer in Thursford Christmas Spectacular (Norfolk), Lead Irish Dancer in Spirit of the Dance (European & American Tours), Soloist Irish Dancer in The Magical Rhythms of Ireland (Netherlands Tour), Soloist Singer and Dancer in Celtic Journey (Churchill Theatre, Bromley). Film & TV Credits include: Backing Singer in Popstar to Operastar, Dancer in The Magic Flute (Film), Small roles in Emmerdale, Heartbeat, At Home with the Braithwaites and My Parents are Aliens (ITV).
Daniel opened Sharpe Academy in September 2008 as a small part-time Drama school, but numbers quickly grew and in 2010 he decided to step away from performing to fully concentrate on building the business. This allowed him to build Sharpe Academy to be one of the largest independent performance schools in North West London. In 2011 Daniel opened Agent Sharpe to assist his students obtaining professional work and the agency has grown over time to now represent an exceptional list of around 75 clients working mainly in Theatre and Cruise work. In 2019 Sharpe become a full time college offering a 3 year Diploma in Professional Musical Theatre & Acting and a 1 Year Post Graduate.
Daniel prides himself on his work ethic and makes sure his students and clients are offered the very best support available. Over the years Daniel has made many contacts in the industry and is one of the only Agents in the UK who understands triple threat performance from three different aspects of performer, teacher and agent. Daniel sees this is a massive help for his students and those he represents and enjoys nothing more than helping performers reach their full potential.
NICK JACKSON
Nick is the co-founder of Sharpe and is responsible for all finance, marketing and promotion for the company.
Nick originally trained as a Cameraman to work in Television and Film before moving into the creative art industries. For many years he was a Senior Artworker for the global advertising and marketing company Ogilvy, working on many international campaigns including Coca Cola, HSBC, Mars, Nestlé, Sainsbury’s, Kodak and Motorola.
In 2013 Nick became full time at Sharpe assisting with the day to day running of all departments including the part-time classes, full-time college, online dancewear store and agency.
