Acrobatic Dance or Acro, as dancers commonly refer to it, is the beautiful fusion of classic dance technique and the precision and athleticism of acrobatic elements. Acro technique includes balancing, limbering, tumbling and partnering, based in flexibility, contortion and strength. Sharpe teachers are certified in the ACROBATIC ARTS Syllabus.
The Sharpe Academy Acrobatics Programme has been introduced for those students who wish to take their dance skill to a whole new level. Priority for places will be given to GOLD Booster Musical Theatre students.
Please note: It is compulsory for Acrobatics students to study Ballet.
