Preference: with ISTD Licentiate or Fellowship in order to create a DDE Teacher Training Programme 
(Other boards and Higher Level Qualifications considered)

We are seeking to appoint an experienced, knowledgable and committed individual who is passionate about their subject and who would like to assist our college to grow and expand. The successful candidate will be recognised and highly respected in the field of Ballet with significant experience teaching within the conservatoire or higher education sector.

This position is for the practical Ballet & Pointe classes in college, but with additional responsibility for setting up a teacher training programme. Experience in teaching Dance Theory, History and Anatomy would be an advantage, but is not essential. 

The position is to commence at the start of the Autumn term in September 2020, teaching Foundation to Advanced classes.

CONTRACT: Part-time, Hourly-paid Tutor, Permanent

SALARY: £27.00 – £50.00 per hour depending on experience

DAYS: ONE DAY per week (5-8 Hours) – Preference of either Monday, Wednesday or Thursday.

ADDITIONAL HOURS: These will be available as our college builds should the candidate wish to increase their hours over time.
